Fill Name, Adress, Login and Password! Press button OK! Program f-man starts a device manager dev-ftp. This dev-ftp creates a directory /fs/ftp and it connects remote FTP-FILE-SYSTEM here. You may use qnx-utilities as ls, cp, mv.

Find

If you want to find some files with a some name or files contenting a some text you press a button

Change Directory

If you want to change a current directory you may press buttons:

- root directory

- parent directory

- home directory
You may define (bookmark) same directories in a next dialog:

Those directories are in Combo Box which it is on top of panel. The dialog of bookmarks arrives where you press menu Edit/Preference.

View and Edit

If you double click on the name of the file then there call editor out for this file. The editors and the viewers are defined in dialog Preference - Associations. If you press a button F3 then f-man call viewer out for current file. The button F4 start an editor for current file. If you press CTRL e then f-man start ped for current file.
